So the election results came out for the political science department, and no I didnt win. :(
But its ok
I actually am better off this way since i now will be able to devote more time to nss and contribute more to an NGO. It all works out to be better for me! Lucky! ^_^
And besides, i wont have to worry myself with all the work that i would have had to do if i had become the treasurer. ^_^
In other news, I went to the SurajKund Mela and I have to say it hasnt changed a bit. I went there after a long time. I think i was in 9th when i last went. Anyways, it sure brought back alot of memories; the same environment, the array of baeutiful handicrafts; they were very nice. I didnt shop alot; just bought a BIG face of laughing buddha and a set of 6 porcelain glasses which look like they are made from clay.
Anwyays, so i am planning to go watch the movie Black, probably on Tuesday. I have heard that it is good. I kinda glad that Indian cinema has finally become sophisticated again! I hear the movie has alot of depth and emotion. Dont worry, i will write a review right after i watch it.
so now i will take my leave and indulge in playing some Go which is traditional Chinese-Japanese-Korean voard game which requires great skill and concentration and can be sometimes more challenging than Chess. If anyone wants to know more or wants tips can leave a tag and i will surely get back to you.
