a very very Happy New Year to all!! naye saal ki subh kamnae!! yoi otoshi wo!!
I hope that everyone had a wonderful year and wish them to have an even more joyous year ahead.

anyways...
So I went to Rajasthan... again! ^_^
Me and my folks took our shinning new Honda City and drove off to a most loved destination.. We headed off to first Ajmer.. skipping Jaipur.. You see our actual destination was Udaipur.. zheelon aur phuwaron ka sheher.. A town of Lakes and Fountains.. One night rest at Ajmer and we were off.. And you know what.. Udaipur really is filled with lakes.. lots of them.. and i mean lots..
The Resort that we stayed at was sooo niice.. It was surrounded by a lake on three sides.. it was up on a small hill and our room over looked at lake with the Aravali hills standin oh so tall beyond it. Truly exquisite! ^_^ anyways.. In Udaipur we went up to see the Lake palace and then we headed off to see Maharana Pratap's fort i.e. the Kumbalgarh Fort. It was quite far away from the main city.. like 80km.. anyways.. the drive was really good.. totally enjoyed the scenary.. I mean there were so many lakes that one could almost forget that they were in Rajasthan!! The fort was good but nothing spectacular.. I still think that the Jodhpur Fort.. the Jaipur Amer Fort and the Scindia Palace are much better.. But I have to give the Kumbalgarh Fort one thing and that is that it is really high up.. since we had to walk it all and not drive.. and that the boundary area is huge.. its as far as the eye can see!!
So that was Udaipur.. we came back to Jaipur.. stayed a night and back home it was.. Ah Home Sweet Home.. my bed.. my laptop.. my tv.. my city!! ^_^
Our trip was quite eventful you see... I drove the car on a mountainous road!! Dad was so impressed.. he even named that road as the Nishtha Road!! ^_^... And also we had an ACCIDENT!! yes an accident.. noo! it was not my fault.. it happened on our very first day while on the Jaipur highway.. there was some VIP movement going on so all cars were made to stop... we also stopped obviously.. however the car behind us.. well i dunno what the driver was doing.. but he realised very late.. he must have been at 90km/hr.. he breaked.. and then bang! he banged into our oh pretty city... That car even had a metal gaurd attached to it.. T_T... the back of the car is ruined.. the bumper and back lid and the number plate.. all broken.. T_T... what could we do.. we did nothing wrong.. and this happened.. anyways.. we obviously were depressed but still we enjoyed our trip!! The main part is that we are all ok!!
anyways.. thats about everything... now its time celebrate the new year.. i wonder what i will do...
